Loan object

Borrower / co-borrower

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as foreign citizens with residence permits, aged 18 to 60 at the time of application.

Income requirements

Stable income over the last 6 months.

Debt burden

The total amount of monthly payments on all loans must not exceed 50% of income.

Loan amount

Up to 800 million UZS — for Tashkent.

Up to 500 million UZS — for regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Up to 170 million UZS — for housing renovation.

Loan term

From 120 to 240 months (from 10 to 20 years).

Interest rate

23.5% per annum — with a down payment from 35%.

24.5% per annum — with a down payment from 25%.

26.5% per annum — for housing renovation.

Down payment

From 25% of the housing value. No down payment is required for housing renovation.
