Purpose

Purchase of apartments on the primary market in new buildings in Tashkent and regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Loan object

Apartments in new multi-apartment buildings that have been commissioned.

Borrower / co-borrower

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged 18 to 60 at the time of application.

Income requirements

Stable income for at least 6 months.

With a down payment from 35%, income confirmation is not required.

Amount

Amount: Up to 1,000,000,000 UZS — for Tashkent,

up to 910,000,000 UZS — for regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

State-financed portion of the loan — up to 420 million UZS for Tashkent and up to 330 million UZS for regions; amounts exceeding the limit are financed by the bank.

Up to 240 months — for loan amounts up to 420 million UZS.

Up to 120 months — for loan amounts exceeding 420 million UZS.
