The mortgage is issued for apartments from a partner developer with control over construction completion timelines — no more than 18 months.

Purpose

Purchase of an apartment from the developer O’ZSHAHAR QURILISH INVEST at the shared construction stage.

Loan object

Apartments in multi-apartment buildings on the primary market, construction of which will be completed within 18 months.

Borrower / co-borrower

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged 18 to 60.

Persons with permanent employment and stable income.

Income requirements

Continuous income for at least 9 months.

Debt burden

Monthly payments on all loans — no more than 50% of income.

Loan amount

up to 820 million UZS — in the city of Tashkent;

up to 730 million UZS — in the regions.

The loan amount must not exceed 85% of the property value. If the amount exceeds 420 million UZS, part of the loan is provided using the bank’s funds.

Down payment

from 15% — for loan amounts up to 420 million UZS; from 25% — for loan amounts exceeding 420 million UZS.

Loan term

up to 240 months — for loan amounts up to 420 million UZS;

up to 120 months — for loan amounts exceeding 420 million UZS.

Grace period

Up to 6 months for principal repayment.

Interest rate

21% per annum — during the construction stage;

24% per annum — for the part of the loan exceeding 420 million UZS.

After the building is commissioned, part of the loan is refinanced at the current mortgage rate.
