Depends on the mortgage amount:
— for an amount up to 420 million UZS — a term of up to 240 months;— for an amount over 420 million UZS — a term of up to 120 months.
03. Interest rate
— 20% per annum — for amounts up to 420 million UZS;
— 24% per annum — for amounts over 420 million UZS.

01. Refinancing after the building is commissioned
After state registration, part of the loan is refinanced using the funds of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
02. Grace period
A grace period of up to 6 months for principal repayment is provided
03. Purchase from a partner developer
The mortgage is issued for apartments from a partner developer with control over construction completion atimelines — no more than 18 months.

The remaining amount is provided using the bank’s funds. |
