Depends on the mortgage amount:

— for an amount up to 420 million UZS — a term of up to 240 months;— for an amount over 420 million UZS — a term of up to 120 months.

03. Interest rate

— 20% per annum — for amounts up to 420 million UZS;

— 24% per annum — for amounts over 420 million UZS.

Borrower / co-borrower

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged 18 to 60 at the application date.

Income requirements

Confirmed stable income for the last 6 months.

Loan amount

up to 1,000,000,000 UZS in the city of Tashkent;

up to 910,000,000 UZS in other cities and rural areas.

Part of the loan (up to 420 million UZS in Tashkent and up to 330 million UZS in the regions) is subject to subsequent refinancing using the funds of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The remaining amount is provided using the bank’s funds.

Down payment

From 25% of the apartment value.

Loan term

up to 240 months for loan amounts up to 420 million UZS;

up to 120 months for loan amounts over 420 million UZS.

Interest rate

At the construction stage:

— 20% per annum for amounts up to 420 million UZS;

— 24% per annum for amounts over 420 million UZS.

After commissioning, part of the loan is refinanced at the current mortgage rate using the funds of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
