The green mortgage is intended to improve the energy efficiency of housing: insulation, replacement of windows and doors, installation of modern boilers and solar panels.

02. No down payment

No down payment is required to obtain a green mortgage — you can start renovations without additional savings.

03. Fixed interest rate

The interest rate is 19% per annum and applies for the entire loan term, ensuring predictable and convenient payments.

Purpose

Energy-efficient home renovation — insulation, replacement of windows and doors, installation of modern boilers, solar panels, and other energy-saving solutions. Construction and reconstruction of housing are not provided for.

Loan object

Apartments in multi-apartment buildings and private residential houses.

Borrower / co-borrower

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged 18 to 60 at the time of application.

Credit history

No overdue loan payments exceeding 30 days. Credit history must be positive.

Income requirements

Stable income over the last 9 months.

Debt burden

Total monthly payments on all loans must not exceed 50% of income.

Down payment

Not required.

Amount

Up to 340 million UZS. The loan may be issued under one or two credit lines depending on the conditions.
