Purchase of an apartment or a private residential house on the secondary market, as well as construction or reconstruction of housing.

Loan object

Residential real estate on the secondary market — apartments and private houses.

Borrower / co-borrower

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged 18 to 60 at the application date.

Income requirements

Confirmed stable income for the last 6 months.

Amount

Up to 1,000,000,000 UZS. The loan amount does not exceed 70% of the market value of the purchased housing.

Down payment

From 30% of the housing value.

Term

Up to 240 months (up to 20 years).

Grace period

Up to 3 months for principal repayment.

Interest rate

— 26% per annum with a down payment from 30%;

— 24% per annum with a down payment from 40%.
