Residential and non-residential real estate on the primary and secondary markets, including partner properties under construction and planned for commissioning.

Borrower / co-borrower

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged from 18 to 60 at the time of application with confirmed income.

Income requirements

Confirmed stable income for the last 6 months; self-employed individuals may be eligible subject to down payment requirements.

Amount

Up to UZS 2,000,000,000.

Down payment

At least 25% of the contractual value of the purchased property.

Up to 120 months.

Grace Period

Up to 3 months for principal repayment.
