On measures to mitigate possible credit risks associated with the consequences of the spread of coronavirus infection
In order to mitigate the possible negative consequences for business entities associated with the repayment of borrowed loans in the conditions of the spread of coronavirus infection, PJSCB "Orient Finans": - to study the possibility of repayment of loans by enterprises that have a decrease in the level of cash flows and a delay in the implementation of projects due to the spread of coronavirus infection, including enterprises in the tourism and international cargo transportation industries, business entities with main counterparties in countries with the highest level of coronavirus spread, as well as enterprises whose activities may be negatively affected by measures implemented in Uzbekistan to prevent coronavirus; - based on the results of studying the real cash flows and opportunities of customers, as well as the expected deadlines for the implementation of projects, if necessary, the Bank is ready to reconsider the issues of making the necessary changes to the terms of the loan agreement on granting a grace period for the payment of principal on the loan until October 1, 2020 and extending the deadline for payments, based on the grace period provided. At the same time, the provision of a grace period does not apply to accrued interest on loans. Repayment of accrued interest is carried out strictly according to the established deadlines specified in the loan agreement.
