Operations for debiting funds from a card are carried out on a personal order from the cardholder himself or by communicating personal and/or card data to third parties by the cardholder himself (which may also be regulated by separate contractual obligations between you and the organization that initiated the debiting of funds from the card).In accordance with clause 14 of the Regulations “0 procedure for issuing bank cards by commercial banks and their circulation in the Republic of Uzbekistan”, as well as in accordance with the accession agreement on the issuance and servicing of bank cards of individuals in national currency concluded by you between the Bank:8.4. The Bank is not responsible for transactions made in payment systems outside the Bank; the corresponding obligations and responsibilities of the parties are regulated by separate legal documents provided by payment systems.8.5. The Bank is not responsible and will refuse to reimburse amounts of funds lost as a result of unauthorized use of a bank card in the following cases: - failure by the Cardholder to comply with security measures for using the Card (illegal actions) provided for in the Agreement; 8.10. The holder is personally responsible for the transfer of personal information data to third parties. A detailed official response was also sent to the applicant.
