1) Mastercard World Elite in US dollars - Issue of the main international plastic card - 400,000 soums including VAT - Issue of an additional international plastic card - Not provided; - Annual subscription fee - $100 including VAT (charged from the moment the card is opened); - Re-issue of the card Upon expiration - free of charge; - Re-issue of the card if lost or stolen - free of charge; - Card validity period - 1 year; - The amount of the security deposit (minimum account balance) - $200; - Payment for goods and services in the system of PJSCB "Orient Finance" - 0% - Payment for goods and services in the territory of Ruz. - 0%; - Payment for goods and services in the system of other foreign banks - 1% - Cash withdrawal in the system of PJSCB "Orient Finance" - 0%; - Cash withdrawal in the system of PJSCB "Orient Finance" through terminals and ATMs "Humo" - 1.5% (≥15,000 soums); - Cash withdrawal in the territory of Ruz. - 1.5% (≥$3); - Cash withdrawals in the system of other foreign banks - 1.5% (≥$3); - Replenishment of a plastic card with cash in the system of PJSCB "Orient Finance" - 0%; - Non-cash replenishment of a plastic card account - 0%; - Urgent issue of a plastic card (additional payment) - free of charge; - Providing information on letterhead about the status of the plastic card account - 20,000 soums including VAT; - Providing information on card account turnover - 20,000 soums including VAT; - Blocking the card in case of loss or theft (entering the STOP list) - 40,000 sum, incl. VAT; - Providing a complaint regarding protested transactions - 85,000 soums, incl.
