Orient Finans Bank shareholders, who collectively control 52.5%, sold their shares to shareholders who exercised the pre-emption right.As a result of the transactions, Saken Jetibaevich Polatov became the controlling shareholder with a share of 57.15%. Saken Polatov, being one of the co-founders of Orient Finans Bank and having a detailed understanding of the bank’s business processes, takes an active part in its work. Let us recall that from 2010 to 2020 he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Orient Finans Bank.In turn, Sitora Akhmedzhanova increased her share to 28%. Other minority interests owned by legal entities remained unchanged.The Supervisory Board and the Management Board thanks the shareholders for their continued support and contribution to the development of the bank over the past 12 years.
