Dear clients of Orient Finans Bank, we advise you to avoid the following situations and be very careful not to fall into the hands of fraudsters.

1. Employees of the bank's security service do not call customers and do not request plastic card data and codes sent via SMS notifications. 2. Do not follow unknown links! If you are asked to follow unknown links and specify the details of your personal plastic card, for example, a 16-digit plastic card number, a secret code (PIN code) of plastic cards or a CVC/CVV identification code, it may be a fraudster. Pay attention to fake domains! 3. Do not tell anyone one-time codes sent by SMS. Only scammers ask for these codes. 4. When calling you, they are introduced by the bank's security staff, from different payment systems, applications, they request personal data and plastic card data - only fraudsters. 5. Bank employees do not call from personal numbers. 6. Please pay attention to the number from which you are being called. 7. If you encounter fraudsters, we recommend that you immediately call our Call center “Orient Finance Bank” to the number 71 200 88 99 and ask to block your plastic card. 8. In case of theft of a plastic card, we recommend that you visit our branch where the plastic card was opened, get a memorial document confirming the operation, and contact law enforcement agencies.
